- Guardian of agricultural and family tradition. In his professional and family life,

- Vlastimil Kratochvil
- Brain of the Unique Agrifarm value network. A well-known figure in the business
community of the Czech Republic, Vlastimil has been building successful agricultural
business systems for forty years, defending the idea of what agricultural production
should look like today. Today, he is an advisor to various agricultural entities.
The crown of his career is the company MLECOOP, where he was the General Manager,
and Morava MOD, through which 40% of the annual milk production in the Czech
Republic is traded. He is the main force behind the bold vision of Unique Agrifarm
CEE, which is aiming to be a highly competitive agricultural producer in the
European market.
- Roman Kratochvil
- Long arm of the Unique Agrifarm value network. With sixteen years of experience in
international finance and business management, he is most credited for the
operational excellence of our business processes, as well as establishing and
maintaining quality long-term relationships with partners and clients. He is a
proven creator and leader of the highest performance teams. He set and achieved
financial goals in all business systems of which he was a part. This experienced
negotiator expands, strengthens and gives rhythm to the Unique Agrifarm value
network on a daily basis.
- Radenko Spremić
- A minority partner, a man who has so far proven himself many times as a top manager
of several successful companies, as an entrepreneur and a leader in the consulting
company he started. This expert in corporate finance, as well as in restructuring
and optimizing business processes, is the guarantor of our business stability,
honest attitude towards clients and associates, keeping our direction towards
achieving outstanding results.
